CQUniversity – stakeholder satisfaction research

Niche was engaged by CQUniversity’s IT Directorate in 2007 and again in 2009 to undertake research with ITD staff and ITD clients. The research explored stakeholders’ perceptions and needs of ITD and its services, and involved extensive one-on-one interviews, telephone interviews and focus groups.

The 2007 research was repeated in 2009 to measure change over time, to further refine ITD’s services and service delivery, and to report to the University on the outcomes of the ITD Review.
