 Hank specialises in the production of accessible and usable websites using technologies and strategies that deliver effective results. He has extensive hands-on experience in web usability and user interface design. He places a strong emphasis on observational analysis and participatory design to ensure clients’ needs are always met. He has a Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Systems) and Bachelor of Science (Computer Science). Hank has worked in consulting, project management, software design and production, systems administration and training. Some of his recent clients include: Apple Computer Australia, The Australian Mathematical Society, the University of the Sunshine Coast and the University of Queensland.
