Hank is a computer systems and software engineer specialising in the production of content-managed web sites. With over twelve years experience in information technology, he has worked with corporations, universities and small to medium enterprises. Hank has worked with Content Management Systems such as TikiWiki, MediaWiki, Confluence, and Microsoft Share-Point Portal Server.

Hank’s design process emphasises observational analysis and participatory design. He has extensive hands-on experience in web usability and user interface design.

Hank has worked in consulting, project management, software design and production, systems administration and training. Some of his recent clients include:  Apple Computer Australia, The Australian Mathematical Society, the University of the Sunshine Coast and the University of Queensland.
