Colleen is a skilled communications practitioner with extensive experience in marketing, public relations, journalism, publishing, writing, strategic web development and general management. She is also an accomplished journalist and editor. Colleen has worked in senior communications, marketing, management and executive roles, and is a published author. She has a Master of Arts (History) and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.

Colleen has published two editions of a biography of prominent anti-apartheid activist, Beyers Naude, titled Beyers Naude, Pilgrimage of Faith, and she occasionally contributes articles to Independent Newspapers in South Africa.
