Carmen Myler

Senior Communications Consultant

Carmen is responsible for devising and enacting public relations and communication strategies for local and national clients including government departments, research bodies, universities, thinktanks and start-up companies. She writes, edits and proofreads publications and web content, and assists clients by conducting media training. She is also responsible for devising, writing and pitching media releases, and ghostwriting opinion pieces.

Carmen has been a regular freelance contributor to a national childcare magazine, Childcare Australasia, and has also been published in The Courier-Mail.

Carmen has worked for Niche Consultants since its launch in July 2008 and previously worked for Queensland University of Technology for eight years in the Office of Marketing and Communication.

She has a Bachelor of Arts (Journalism); Graduate Certificate in Creative Writing.
