We are members of, and operate under, the Market Research Society of Australia’s Code of Professional Behaviour and our processes ensure that our research is:
- High quality, objective and carried out in a timely, cost-effective manner
- Ethical and designed so that it does not cause harm to participants
- - conducted with informed, voluntary participants
– the research process is explained prior to the commencement of the research
– participants’ permission is sought to record proceedings
– parental consent is sought if prospective participants are under the age of 16
- Designed to ensure the confidentiality of participants (i.e. complies with the Market and Social Research Privacy Principles)
- - participants’ identities are not revealed without their consent
– participants’ comments are not linked to their name in any report findings
- Analysed and reported on accurately and honestly
- Confidential
- - findings are not revealed to another party without the consent of the client
– research records(transcripts, notes etc) are kept in a secure location and destroyed after six months
All fieldwork is conducted according to IQCA standards and in accordance with industry best practice.
